MBM Resources Berhad received the Disclosure/ Notice of Director's Interests in Shares, Debentures, Participatory Interests, Rights, Options and Contracts in the Company or its Related Companies pursuant to Sections 59 and 219 of the Companies Act 2016 dated 17 June 2020 from Mr Ng Seng Kong on 17 June 2020. Mr Ng Seng Kong shall cease to have deemed interest to the shares of the Company held by both Harmony Parade Sdn Bhd and NGT Holdings Sdn Bhd due the following:- (a) NGT Holdings Sdn Bhd and Harmony Parade Sdn Bhd or their directors are not accustomed, or is under an obligation, whether formal or informal, to act in accordance with the directions, instructions and wishes of Mr Ng Seng Kong. (b) Mr Ng Seng Kong have no controlling interest in both NGT Holdings Sdn Bhd and Harmony Parade Sdn Bhd. (c) Mr Ng Seng Kong only owns 17% of shares in NGT Holdings Sdn Bhd, which in turn owns 41.242% of shares in Harmony Parade Sdn Bhd. |
