The Board of Directors of MBMR wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting of MBMR on proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for the authority to the Company to purchase up to ten per centum (10%) of its total number of issued shares and proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for the Company and/or its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandates").

A Statement/Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandates will be issued to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company's 2019 Annual Report in due course.
