Further to MBMR's announcement dated 2 January 2018 in connection with the Winding Up of Fadara Trading Sdn Bhd ("FTSB”) and Fadara Properties Sdn Bhd ("FPSB"), both wholly-owned subsidiary companies of Federal Auto Holdings Berhad ("FAHB"), which in turn is the wholly-owned subsidiary of MBMR, MBMR wishes to inform that the liquidators of FTSB and FPSB had convened final meetings of FTSB and FPSB to conclude the Member’s Voluntary Winding-up and both FTSB and FPSB had been dissolved on 12 March 2019.
