The Board of Directors of MBMR wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Alteration of the existing Memorandum and Articles of Association by replacing with a New Constitution at the forthcoming Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting.

The New Constitution as set out in the Appendix I of the 2018 Annual report will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
