The Board of Directors of MBMR wishes to announce that the Board has been informed by its major shareholder, Med-Bumikar Mara Sdn Bhd ("Med-Bumikar") via its letter dated today, that UMW Holding Berhad ("UMWH") has decided to allow the UMWH Offer to lapse as Med-Bumikar had not received any extension of the UMWH Offer from UMWH.
