The Board of Directors of MBM Resources Berhad ("MBMR") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("24th AGM") dated 25 April 2018 were duly passed at the 24th AGM of MBMR held on 24 May 2018. All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 24th AGM. The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by MBMR. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment. The said attachment was omitted in yesterday's announcement. |
