The Board of Directors of MBMR wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting of MBMR on Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to purchase up to ten per cent (10%) of its total number of issued shares and Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandates").

A statement and circular to shareholders containing details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandates will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company's Annual Report in due course.
