The Board of Directors of MBM Resources Berhad ("MBMR") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting ("23rd AGM") dated 28 April 2017 were duly passed at the 23rd AGM of MBMR held on 25 May 2017. All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 23rd AGM. The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by MBMR.
