Description

Offer of Shares under the Performance Share Plan ("PSP") and Restricted Share Plan ("RSP") ("Employee Share Grant Plans") pursuant to the Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") to the Eligible employees and Executive Directors of MBMR ("MBMR" or "the Company").

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of MBMR wishes to announce that the Company has on 26 September 2016 made the following grant of ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in the Company (“Shares”) under the Employee Share Grant Plans of the LTIP (“Award”), the details of which are set out below:-

2.	Exercise price of the Award	Not applicable as the shares will be issued upon vesting to the eligible employees at no consideration pursuant to the By-Laws for the LTIP
3.	Number of Shares Awarded	1,182,300 comprising: 1,007,600 Performance Shares (“PS”) under PSP; and (ii) 174,700 Restricted Shares (“RS”) under RSP.
4.	Closing market Price of MBMR’s shares on the date of award	RM2.48
5.	Number of shares awarded to each director	Please refer to Table 1 below
6.	Vesting period of the shares awarded	The rights awarded under the PS, once accepted will be vested over a period of 31.0 months subject to fulfilment of vesting conditions of the PSP. Whereas, RS will be vested on 31 December 2016.

Notes:
