The Board of Directors of MBMR wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Amendment to the Articles of Association of the Company (“Proposed Amendment”) at the forthcoming Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of MBMR. The Proposed Amendment is for the purpose to comply with the amendments to the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The details of the Proposed Amendment which will be contained in the Annual Report 2015 will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
