The Company had, at its Twenty-First Annual General Meeting held on 16 June 2015 obtained a mandate from its shareholders for the Company and its subsidiaries (“MBMR Group”) to enter into RRPT which are necessary for the MBMR Group’s day-to-day operations.

Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the actual value of the RRPT between Oriental Metal Industries (M) Sdn Bhd (“OMI”) and Toyota Tsusho (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“TTM”) have exceeded the estimated value of RRPT disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 1 June 2015 (“Circular”) by more than 10%, details of which are provided in the table below.

The variation between the actual value and estimated value of the RRPT was mainly due to the increase in demand for Toyota Fortuner and Toyota Innova models compared to the earlier budgeted forecast resulting in a higher volume of production than was estimated.
