Further to the announcements made on 12 April 2013, 20 November 2013 and 20 February 2014, the Company wishes to announce that the MOU has lapsed, however the discussion between FAHB and SAIC and the feasibility study on the intended cooperation for an automotive business in Malaysia are still on-going. In this regard, should an extension of the MOU be required, further announcement would be made once the extension of the MOU is executed on a later date. This announcement is dated 11 April 2014. |
