The Board of Directors of MBMR wishes to announce that the Company has today entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”) with Hino Motors, Ltd. Japan for the purpose of forming a mutual partnership in assembling, manufacturing and selling trucks and buses of Hino Motors brand within Malaysia.
