The Board of Directors of MBMR wishes to announce that the Company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, MBMR Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. (“MMSB”). The date of incorporation is 24 September 2012 with issued and paid-up capital of RM2.00 comprising two (2) ordinary shares of RM1 each. The principal activity of MMSB is investment holding.

The incorporationhas no material effect on the earnings, net assets and gearing of MBMR for the current financial year ending 31 December 2012. There is no effect on the issued and paid-up share capital and the substantial shareholders’ shareholding in MBMR.

There are no liabilities to be assumed by MBMR as a result of the incorporation.

None of the Directors or major shareholders of MBMR or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation.
