The announcements made on the above matter on 21 October 2011, 30 December 2011, 31 January 2012 and 29 February 2012 refers. The Board of Directors of MBMR wishes to update that further to an extension made on 29 February 2012, the parties to the MOU have mutually agreed to make a further extension to the date for the execution and completion of a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement pursuant to the MOU for another two (2) month from 31 March 2012 to 31 May 2012. Save as disclosed above, all terms and conditions of the MOU dated 21 October 2011 shall remain the same. This announcement is dated 30 March 2012. |
