The Company wishes to provide additional information as follows:-

1)      Under Item 11: Directors’ and Major Shareholders’ Interests

1. Dato’ Abdul Rahim Abdul Halim, Looi Kok Loon, Aqil bin Tan Sri Dato’ Haji Ahmad Azizuddin, Wong Wei Khin and Low Hin Choong who are directors on the Board of Directors of MBMR, SGSB and KSSB (please refer to the table of directorship under Item 11) have abstained and will continue to abstain from all board deliberation and voting in respect thereof.

1. Med-Bumikar Mara Sdn. Bhd. (“MBMSB”) is a major shareholder of MBMR.

2)      Under Item 14: Documents for Inspection

A copy of the New Purchase Agreement is available for inspection at the Registered Office of MBMR at Suite C-5-4, Wisma Goshen, Plaza Pantai, Jalan Pantai Baharu, 59200 Kuala Lumpur during normal office hours from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of our announcement made on 16 February 2012.
