The Board of Directors of MBMR wishes to update that further to an extension made on 30 December 2011, the parties to the MOU have mutually agreed to make a second extension to the date for the execution and completion of a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement pursuant to the MOU for another one (1) month from 31 January 2012 to 29 February 2012. Save as disclosed above, all terms and conditions of the MOU dated 21 October 2011 shall remain the same. This announcement is dated 31 January 2012. |
