The Board of Directors of MBMR is pleased to announce that the Company is proposing a single tier final dividend of 15.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Thirtieth Annual General Meeting.

The dividend entitlement date and payment date will be announced later.
