The Board of Directors of MBM Resources Berhad wishes to announce that the Board Executive Committee comprising of Dato' Zulfikri Bin Osman and Mr Low Hin Choong, be hereby dissolved with immediate effect following the appointment of the Group Chief Executive Officer as announced on even date.
