Establishment of Executive Committee

The Board of Directors of MBM Resources Berhad ("MBMR" or "the Company") wishes to announce the establishment of a Board Committee known as the "Executive Committee" ("EXCO") on 24 August 2023. The EXCO shall serve as a temporary Board Committee to assume the roles and responsibilities of the Group Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") as set out in the Board Charter and Company's Limit of Authority until the new Group CEO is appointed.

The EXCO shall comprise of the following Non-Independent Executive Directors of the Company:-

1.  Dato' Zulfikri Bin Osman

2.  Mr Low Hin Choong
