Further to MBMR's announcement dated 2 January 2020 in connection with the Winding Up of Hirotako Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (“HTSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hirotako Holdings Berhad ("HHB"), which in turn is a 99.9% owned subsidiary of MBMR, MBMR wishes to inform that the liquidators of HTSB had convened final meetings of HTSB to conclude the Member’s Voluntary Winding-up and HTSB had been dissolved on 9 August 2022.
